- No purchase is necessary and entry forms should be handed to a Naim representative during the Summer Sounds event. Alternatively entry forms can be posted to Naim Audio Ltd, Southampton Road, Salisbury SP1 2LN.
- There will be a competition draw and the winner will be the first entry drawn. There will only be one draw. This draw will be made from all the entries collected from all the UK Summer Sounds events during June and July 2009. The closing date for the competition is the last Summer Sounds event, which takes place 30th July 2009 and the winner will be notified by post within two weeks of the closing date. The winner’s name will be available by SAE from Naim two weeks after the competition ends.
- Naim cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged entries.
- This free prize draw is open to all those who attend Naim Summer Sounds events during the summer of 2009 and complete an entry form questionnaire. All entrants must be aged 16 or over. The competition is not open to employees of Naim, their immediate families and Naim-associated suppliers and dealers.
- There is no cash alternative to the prize offered. In the event that a prize is unavailable, an alternative prize of equal or greater value will be offered.
- No correspondence can be entered into and the judges’ decision is final.
- Only one entry per individual will be accepted.
- The winner may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this prize draw.
- The winner will have their Naim DAC delivered to them by the retailer who hosted their Summer Sounds event.
- Entry implies acceptance of these rules.
